Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ApiaryKeeper mobile application and website, owned and operated by Herrell Homestead LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using ApiaryKeeper, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app or website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering or joining our waitlist.

You retain all rights to the beekeeping records, notes, and data you enter into ApiaryKeeper. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.

You agree not to misuse ApiaryKeeper — including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with the service, reverse engineering the app except as permitted by law, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

ApiaryKeeper is a record-keeping and organizational tool. Nothing in the app constitutes professional agricultural, veterinary, or pest-management advice. Decisions about your colonies — including treatments for pests or disease — remain your responsibility, and you should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

ApiaryKeeper is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Herrell Homestead LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost honey yields, colony losses, or lost profits — arising from your use of the service.

We may modify or discontinue features of ApiaryKeeper at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
