We use the information we collect to operate and maintain ApiaryKeeper, to sync your records across your devices, to respond to your requests, and to send you service-related communications such as product updates or launch announcements if you have joined our waitlist.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your beekeeping records with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your data is stored using commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

You retain ownership of the records you create in ApiaryKeeper. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

ApiaryKeeper may rely on trusted third-party service providers — such as cloud hosting and analytics providers — to operate the app. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy obligations.

The app may also contain links to third-party sites or services, including the Apple App Store and Google Play. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services.

ApiaryKeeper is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
